What to do? Check the security settings in Windows Explorer right clicking on that file to ensure that you have write access to it. When you try to reload projects, the Conversion Wizard starts again. I was thining maybe it was my formatting software on the new system that was causing the problem. So now I am planning to install SSIS 2008 then check. Be sure the correct Source Control Plug In is active, and no files are exclusively checked out by other users. I still have problems in all addition attempts to load 2008 project in Visual Studio 2010, I still need to go through this same process.
