which I said was giving me successfull output...The test provided by Outlook Icon in the tray says the same as the autodiscover.xml file...its the same output.So... The information that is contained in this directory can frequently provide information about which service is not functioning correctly. Turned out (and this was a year ago so forgive my fuzziness) it had to do with some inaccurate authentication flag on the mail server. The problem is, the HTTPS provides Autodiscover access, so make certain that port number 443 is open on your CAS’s firewall, as well as all other firewalls between the Outlook client and your CAS.
