Having a different workgroup on the computers that make up your network is, most often, the root cause of many networking issues. You are back to the System Properties window. If you press on Change settings, you will be able to change the workgroup that is set for your device. You can network your computers and share files and printers even if there are computers in different workgroups. On saying that somehow yesterday I changed my workgroup name but I cannot remember how I did it. So I taught by changing my workgroup name it would help to reset the neighborhood. In that clip, they showed for just one second, a screenshot of the upcoming Windows Defender, that will be included in Windows 10 Creators Update.
Note: it is also dependent on other services as well, so make sure they are up as well.
