There are no little boxes for minimize, maximize, or close. I'm no expert, so i wasn't sure where to put it, so I had to change the shortcut to include the full path eg c:\taskkill.exe /f /fi â€œstatus eq not respondingâ€. Your email also came at just the right time for us as we were having difficulties with a piece of software, too! What can you do? The /fi switch is used to filter and pinpoint the application to kill.
