Try using the non-SBS backup from Server Manager just to see if it gives you an error: Go into server manager. It's very useful. Only Windows Backup and SBS Backup cannot add a second destination disk.I can disable the SBS Backup system, and then re-add any one of the disks as the first destination fine.
