Worse, many routers are set to broadcast on channel 6 by default. What's the problem ?? All these options are found in the HomeGroup settings area. I believe this to be the reason why my laptop cannot join the homegroup. it can see the homegroup, it even names it, but the password wont go through to even try and authticate it??? but my android can detect that network adapter and connect internet with using it.
