You didn't say what make & model computer you have so I'll just give you the link to what Dell says about how to do that:http://www.dell.com/support/Article/us/en/04/603195/en . Once reported, our moderators will be notified and the post will be reviewed. Open CMOS setup and verify your boot sequence settings are properly set to boot from the CD-ROM drive. To do this with other versions of Windows, you'd need third party software to accomplish this which according to this article can be hit or miss.
If your CD/DVD drive isn't listed there, it could be because you have the new UEFI replacement for the legacy BIOS. I then tried disabling HDD and NIC and leaving only usb drives to be booted but it still doesn't see the USB CD/DVD rom drive. I don't get it.
