Alan's Solution Alan has this suggestion: I found that re-installing Google Chrome or FireFox and setting it as the default, the hyperlinks worked. Close Now open Firefox, and have it declared the default. If you receive a message when Internet Explorer starts telling you that IE is not currently your default browser, click Yes to make it your default.
