Cannot Connect Printer Terminal Server
I have been told this has been fixed in 1.6. I would particularly look for any MsiInstaller events in the Application Event log. Eventually I updated my OS layer, stripped out all the printer drivers from it, did some windows updates and it now works. But when I do the same from another server I can connect. news
The Terminal Server in question is located in a virtual environment at our Datacenter, so it's not local. What happens if you are physically removing a printer driver for one particular printer? Everything else is working fine and when I install the printer individually(locally) using the IP address, it has no problems. Also having the same problem as David suggested with the c$ and permissions. Login.

Looks like there's a difference in config between the two servers. Select "Connections", right-click the name of the connection > "Properties" > "Client Settings" > "Redirection". So, that leads me to believe, removing and re-adding the printers isn't going to do any good if a brand new printer isn't even working... The printers will usally map if the personalization layer is fresh, otherwise it gives that 57 error.
