You could always simulate what your FTP program does. I have read that other people have had this with vista but nothing I've read on the web works (like repairing system files, playing with firewall etc). Your server is probably connecting back to your computer to see which user is associated with the FTP connection. But the problem is always the same: Connection timed out Any ideas?
