I recently replaced the modem and router combination at my parents house with theTP-LINK modem. I have formatted and re-installed with this disk before (not on my comp though) and havent had a problem... My issue was with Windows Zero Configuration Service after install of SP3. i'm going away for the day and will get home pretty late, so i'll probably do it tomorrow morning.
